Measure At Home
How to measure at home using a tape measure
All you need is a soft tape measure (click here to order tape measure) and a non-padded bra or no bra.
Step 1: Measure Band Size (Underbust)
🟣 What to Do | Wrap the tape snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust. |
✅ Tips | Ensure the tape is level and flat around your body. |
📏 Round | Round to the nearest whole inch. |
📍 Result | This is your band size. E.g., 30.5" → Band Size = 31 (or 30 for a tighter fit) |
Step 2: Measure Bust Size
🟣 What to Do | Measure around the fullest part of your bust (usually over the nipples). |
✅ Tips | Keep the tape snug but not tight. Make sure it’s straight around your body. |
📏 Round | Round to the nearest whole inch. |
📍 Result | This is your bust size. |
Step 3: Calculate Cup Size
Subtract your band size from your bust size and the answer (the difference) will match up to a cup size in the below table.
